Just minutes from the beaches, restaurants, and attractions of Nags Head, this peaceful retreat offers the rare combination of Outer Banks convenience, timeless character, and room to truly be together.

Inside the 4,590-square-foot Manor, soaring 20-foot ceilings, arched windows, and abundant natural light create a warm, welcoming setting for families, friends, reunions, retreats, and unforgettable group getaways. Five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths comfortably welcome up to 14 overnight guests, including three private suites—two with king beds and one with a queen bed—plus an additional queen bedroom and a bunk room with two bunk beds.

The heart of the home is its expansive open kitchen, beautifully equipped for gathering and entertaining with a commercial range, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, abundant kitchenware, a breakfast area, and a dedicated coffee bar. Multiple indoor gathering spaces, including a comfortable TV room and den, give everyone room to spread out, reconnect, or simply relax. The Manor is thoughtfully appointed with linens, towels, laundry facilities, and the essentials you need for an easy, comfortable stay.

Outside, the estate feels like its own private corner of the Outer Banks. Enjoy mature trees, beautiful grounds, marsh and water views, a private boat basin, sound access, and a dock for peaceful mornings and golden-hour evenings. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use, inviting you to experience the water at your own pace.

Highly recommend not only booking the manor but also the other add on properties for this location. The home and property are straight out of a dream. The sunrises and sunsets from the backyard are amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this home again in the future. -Danielle B.
