Package Pricing & Terms
All package pricing, inclusions, fees, and availability are subject to change until a written Event Agreement has been fully executed and the required retainer has been received. If vendor, rental, staffing, material, utility, or other event-related costs increase before contract execution, Bostwick's Magnolia Manor reserves the right to revise the applicable proposal, package price, and/or related fees. Any revised pricing will be provided to the client for review before signing. Once the Event Agreement is signed, the pricing and inclusions stated in that agreement will govern, except for client-requested changes, changes in guest count, applicable taxes or governmental fees, or adjustments specifically allowed in the agreement.
