Elderberry Studio is a charming, pet-friendly 365-square-foot retreat for up to four guests. It can be reserved as its own private stay or added to a Manor reservation when your group needs a little more room.

Inside, two queen sleeper sofas create a comfortable lounge by day and a cozy place to rest at night. The studio also includes a kitchenette, TV, and garden bathroom—everything you need for an easy, relaxed Outer Banks getaway.

Outside, enjoy a welcoming patio with cushioned seating and bistro-style furniture. The outdoor lounge can be fully closed off for extra privacy, making it a lovely place for morning coffee, a quiet afternoon, or time away from the group. Guests also have access to the grill and beautiful Magnolia Manor grounds.

For wedding weekends and special events, Elderberry Studio is an ideal bridal studio or private getting-ready space. It is equally perfect for couples, small families, friends, or guests who would enjoy a little peaceful separation while still being close to the Manor and the celebration.
